For your safety, the parking garage Kesselturm is fully video-monitored and patrolled at night. Emergency telephones are located at the cash desks and at the entry and exit stations. The entire parking garage is equipped with fire detectors and fire-fighting systems.

The Kesselturm parking garage is open 365 days a year and is video monitored. It has an automatic number plate recognition system, which is offered as an additional service. The parking ticket must remain in the vehicle at all times. You can use any available parking space of your choice.

- Cost of the long-term parking card CHF 320.- (incl. VAT) per month.
- Cost of day parking CHF 270.- (incl. VAT) per month.
- Cost of night parking CHF 160.- (incl. VAT) per month.
- Minimum rental period: 3 months, after the minimum rental period the notice period is 1 month to the end of each month.
- A parking contract can be concluded on the 1st of each month.
- Processing time 5 working days
- Cancellation fee: CHF 50.- (after the parking contract has been issued and before the start of the rental period)

Why didn’t I receive an entry ticket?
Your license plate number was automatically recognized. You have linked your number plate to a payment app, are a long-term hirer, or have a salodcard. Drive to the exit barrier. The barrier will open automatically and payment will be made using the payment system you have chosen (e. g.: Parkingpay / TWINT etc.).
I’ve lost my exit ticket. What should I do?
Go to the parking ticket machine and press the button «Ticket verloren» on the display. Enter your license plate number. The parking fee plus administrative costs of a flat rate of CHF 10.- will be charged. Pay the amount. Your license plate number will be registered and you can drive the vehicle to the exit. The number will be recognized and the barrier will open automatically.
The parking ticket machine is not working. What should I do?
Try to pay at another parking ticket machine. If you cannot pay with cash or credit card, press the emergency SOS button at the checkout terminal.
The vehicle license plate is not recognized. What should I do?
This can have various causes, if this happens often you should clean your license plate thoroughly or have it replaced at the replaced at the motor vehicle inspection. If you are a permanent tenant please use your parking garage card, alternatively take a «normal» entry ticket entry ticket. Any additional costs will be refunded. The permanent parking card/saldocard does not work?
Please clean the parking card. If the problem is not solved: An exit or entrance is probably missing. You may have driven in or out when the barrier was open or you may have taken a ticket by mistake. The card must be set to «neutral». Press the SOS button, enter your name and license plate number. The barrier will open and your ticket will be set to neutral.
The exit barrier does not open with the ticket. What should I do?
Have you paid for the ticket? Has a lot of time passed since you paid the ticket? Take the ticket and make an additional payment at the parking garage cash desk. If you are standing in a queue at the exit and cannot drive back, press the SOS button and state your name and license plate number. The barrier will open. You will be charged the parking garage rate (plus administrative costs of CHF 10.-).
Have you noticed parking damage to your vehicle?
Your vehicle has been damaged by a third party. Document the damage and report it to the police (117) and your insurance company. The parking garage is under video surveillance, please send us the form for claim and video recording backup so that we can secure the video recordings. Video recordings will only be handed over to the police.

Document the damage and report it to the police and your insurance company. The parking garage is under video surveillance. Please complete the form for claims and the preservation of video recordings so that we can preserve the video footage. Video images are only given to the police.
You are being bullied/harassed/threatened. What should I do?
Contact the police (117) or press the SOS button at the parking garage exit or parking garage cash desk.
You have noticed damage/defect in the parking/parking facility. What should I do?
