Dans ce projet pionnier, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les installations de chauffage, froid et ventilation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-custom-block-author\"><div class=\"author-name\">Sabine Ritz<\/div><div class=\"author-bio\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Schlieren \u2013 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvait auparavant un garage automobile PTT \u2013 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Gewerbe- und Handelszentrum Schlieren AG a construit un nouveau b\u00e2timent de laboratoire et de recherche. 66 salles de laboratoire, bureaux, salles de r\u00e9union et une grande caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria occuperont une surface totale de 3300 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s r\u00e9partie sur cinq niveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet H\u00e4lg &amp; Cie SA Lucerne\u2005\u2013\u2005Ebikon a re\u00e7u l\u2019ordre de&nbsp;r\u00e9aliser&nbsp;les syst\u00e8mes de&nbsp;chauffage, de&nbsp;froid&nbsp;et de&nbsp;ventilation&nbsp;dans tout le b\u00e2timent. Deux pompes \u00e0 chaleur utilisant la nappe phr\u00e9atique g\u00e9n\u00e8rent la chaleur et le froid et des baffles chauffants\u200a\/\u200arafra\u00efchissants en assurent la r\u00e9partition. Ces baffles sont des syst\u00e8mes de climatisation de plafond performants avec une bonne absorption acoustique. Les appareils sont raccord\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 4 conducteurs. Les \u00e9tages pr\u00e9sentent la m\u00eame structure, du premier au quatri\u00e8me niveau. Seul le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rent. En d\u2019autres termes, c\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mod\u00e8le que l\u2019on a coup\u00e9 les tuyaux \u00e0 la longueur requise. En-suite, on a mont\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de tuyaux num\u00e9rot\u00e9s. Afin de r\u00e9aliser des per\u00e7ages plus pr\u00e9cis et un travail s\u00fbr et efficace, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet a opt\u00e9 pour des plans de fixation num\u00e9riques incluant un plan de per\u00e7age. Le robot semiautonome \u00abJaibot\u00bb de Hilti a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 le per\u00e7age et le montage sur place. Hilti a aussi fourni les consoles de fixation pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es et num\u00e9rot\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element has-background-color has-secondary-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-4c3d7e76bb2a51ba4d0e277cecd80d66\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la planification num\u00e9rique 3D, nous pouvons commander l\u2019ensemble du mat\u00e9riel par \u00e9tage sur pression de touche. La planification 3D est consultable \u00e0 tout moment sur la tablette. Tous les tuyaux, fixations, etc., peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s aux bonnes dimensions. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de chantier pouvait \u00e0 tout moment consulter le mod\u00e8le 3D et les informations contenues. Pour Marcel Wyss, Responsable construction num\u00e9rique chez H\u00e4lg Group, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un projet pilote: \u00abLe mod\u00e8le 3D est un type de jumeau num\u00e9rique du projet et, en dehors d\u2019un unique plan papier et d\u2019un synoptique, il n\u2019y avait pas de plans analogiques.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/haelg.ch\/fr\/modeles-3d-bim\/\">Le mod\u00e8le 3D<\/a>&nbsp;renferme tout ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire, y compris les per\u00e7ages. Le robot a donc pu se placer sur les points correspondants et percer les 800 trous par \u00e9tage \u00e0 l\u2019aide des informations num\u00e9riques.\u00bb Bien que l\u2019on ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes similaires dans d\u2019autres projets, la continuit\u00e9 de la num\u00e9risation atteint ici un nouveau degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9, selon Marcel
