Markus Rechsteiner, chef du SAV \u00e0 Zurich, et son \u00e9quipe ont assur\u00e9 la maintenance du chauffage et de l\u2019alimentation en eau de l\u2019h\u00f4pital \u00e0 Richterswil, pr\u00e9vu pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 provisoirement comme centre d\u2019accueil. Depuis, le commettant fait confiance \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/haelg.ch\/fr\/offre\/installation\/zurich\/\">H\u00e4lg\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Cie\u00a0SA Zurich<\/a> et lui attribue des ordres qui d\u00e9passent la r\u00e9gion zurichoise. Markus Rechsteiner a d\u00e9j\u00e0 transmis des demandes aux r\u00e9gions de B\u00e2le et de Lucerne et veille \u00e0 la bonne remise des ordres au d\u00e9partement SAV correspondant. L\u2019excellent contact avec le client est un facteur de r\u00e9ussite central \u00e0 ses yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la mi-septembre 2022, Zurich a re\u00e7u une autre commande de Nova Property concernant, cette fois, un b\u00e2timent pr\u00e8s de la gare \u00e0 Lucerne. Il l\u2019a donc transmise \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/haelg.ch\/fr\/offre\/installation\/lucerne-ebikon\/\">succursale Lucerne \u2013 Ebikon<\/a>. Les techniciens de service ont renouvel\u00e9 l\u2019eau de chauffage et de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration dans un immeuble o\u00f9 des appartements sont lou\u00e9s pour une courte dur\u00e9e. L\u2019eau ne r\u00e9pondait plus aux exigences de qualit\u00e9. Afin de pr\u00e9venir de futurs dommages, les techniciens ont pos\u00e9 deux filtres \u00e0 flux magn\u00e9tique, rinc\u00e9 et nettoy\u00e9 les tuyaux et r\u00e9par\u00e9 de petits d\u00e9fauts. La remise de la commande et la collaboration entre les succursales et Nova Property se sont aussi tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans ce projet.
