Cie SA Lucerne \u2013 Ebikon<\/a> a re\u00e7u l\u2019ordre de r\u00e9aliser les&nbsp;syst\u00e8mes de <a href=\"https:\/\/haelg.ch\/fr\/offre\/installation\/chauffage-froid\/\">chauffage, de&nbsp;froid<\/a>&nbsp;et de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/haelg.ch\/fr\/offre\/installation\/ventilation-climatisation\/\">ventilation<\/a>&nbsp;dans tout le b\u00e2timent. Deux pompes \u00e0 chaleur utilisant la nappe phr\u00e9atique g\u00e9n\u00e8rent la chaleur et le froid et des baffles chauffants&nbsp;\/ rafra\u00eechissants hautement efficaces en assurent la r\u00e9partition. Les appareils sont raccord\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 4&nbsp;conducteurs. Les \u00e9tages pr\u00e9sentent la m\u00eame structure, du premier au quatri\u00e8me niveau. Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, lui, est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rent. En \u00e9t\u00e9, le b\u00e2timent est refroidi naturellement (free cooling) via deux refroidisseurs en circuit ferm\u00e9 pour \u00e9tablir des temp\u00e9ratures agr\u00e9ables dans les salles de laboratoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet s\u2019est&nbsp;bas\u00e9 sur un mod\u00e8le. En d\u2019autres termes, c\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mod\u00e8le que l\u2019on a coup\u00e9 les tuyaux \u00e0 la longueur requise et marqu\u00e9. Ensuite, on a mont\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de tuyau num\u00e9rot\u00e9s. Afin de r\u00e9aliser des per\u00e7ages plus pr\u00e9cis et un travail efficace et s\u00fbr, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet de H\u00e4lg &amp; Cie SA a opt\u00e9 pour des plans de fixation num\u00e9riques incluant un plan de per\u00e7age. Le robot \u00abJaibot\u00bb semi-autonome de Hilti a op\u00e9r\u00e9 sur la base de ces documents. Hilti a aussi fourni les consoles de fixation pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es et num\u00e9rot\u00e9es. L\u2019ensemble du projet reposait sur des outils num\u00e9riques.
