L\u2019\u00e9quipe a arrach\u00e9 l\u2019ancienne chaudi\u00e8re et la citerne \u00e0 mazout pour les remplacer par des pompes \u00e0 chaleur. Elle a aussi mis en place 18\u00a0sondes g\u00e9othermiques qui servent \u00e0 produire de la chaleur avec la nouvelle installation. L\u2019\u00e9quipement renferme quatre pompes g\u00e9othermiques. L\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique n\u00e9cessaire est fournie par la chaleur dissip\u00e9e de GIP&nbsp;Solution (centre informatique) et par 4&nbsp;pompes g\u00e9othermiques: 2 avec du gaz surchauff\u00e9 comme PAC haute temp\u00e9rature et 2 comme PAC basse temp\u00e9rature. 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup>&nbsp;priorit\u00e9: chaleur dissip\u00e9e de GIP Solution. 2<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;priorit\u00e9: syst\u00e8me de pompes \u00e0 chaleur, avec enclenchement des PAC haute temp\u00e9rature ou basse temp\u00e9rature selon les besoins. Toutes les pompes sont \u00e0 puissance variable et produisent uniquement la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9. Les pompes tirent leur \u00e9nergie du sol via les sondes g\u00e9othermiques. Pour optimiser l\u2019exploitation, on a install\u00e9 2 accumulateurs basse temp\u00e9rature de 2 000 litres chacun et un accumulateur haute temp\u00e9rature de 1 000 litres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour refroidir en \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9cole et la maison des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et des jeunes, on a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un r\u00e9seau de refroidissement naturel.
