A pr\u00e9sent, celle-ci est assur\u00e9e avec des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, venues remplacer les combustibles fossiles. L\u2019assainissement s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 pendant l\u2019exploitation des b\u00e2timents, ce qui l\u2019a rendu plus difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la nouvelle production de chaleur, H\u00e4lg &amp; Cie SA Winterthour a non seulement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des travaux li\u00e9s au chauffage et au froid, mais aussi en partie au sanitaire et \u00e0 la ventilation. La puissance calorifique est de 730&nbsp;kW \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, de 685&nbsp;kW pour le froid et de 835&nbsp;kW \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Au total, quatre refroidisseurs en circuit ferm\u00e9 interviennent. D\u2019une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s efficace et \u00e9cologique, ils diffusent la chaleur dissip\u00e9e dans l\u2019air ambiant.
